Yota advanced to the finals Mobile Excellence Awards

Yota, providing access to high-speed wireless Internet technology Mobile WiMAX (4G), was among the finalists for the Mobile Excellence Awards. All included in the list go to the next round of selection, the results of which 7 December 2009 will be declared the winner in each category.

According to the results announcement of finalists Yota was contender for the prize as "Best international mobile company", "Best company supplying mobile services" and "Best Mobile music application. Among the award nominees include industry leaders such as Virgin Mobile USA, DirecTV, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sony and others.

In the competitive commission also includes representatives of leading companies in mobile industry and digital entertainment industry, representing the community of artists, major media companies, as well as digital and mobile media services.
