The seventh Pitch Slam event in the Innovate!2010 series was hosted at Pakhuis de Zwijger in Amsterdam on the 6th of April and featured twelve semi-finalist pitches. The panel of judges included Kaushal Chokshi (Chairman & Founder, Quickstart Global), Herman Hintzen (Managing Partner, HENQ Invest), Mindy Hull (Founder & Managing Director, Mercury Global Partners), Jesper Lindholt (CEO, Kuadriga) and Karel van der Poel (CEO, Mirror42). Tinypay.me, a solution that makes it easy to sell products via personal social networks, took winning honors at the Amsterdam Pitch Slam – guaranteeing itself a spot on the prestigious Innovate!100 list.
Innovate!2010 partners with companies like Alacatel-Lucent, BestBuy, Cisco Systems, Comcast, eBay, EMC, HP, HSBC, IBM, LG Electronics, Microsoft, O2 Litmus, Oracle, PayPal, RIM, SAP, Sony and Verizon and serves as a platform for these corporations to quickly identify and partner with high-potential startups.
