This new smartphone is equipped with 4.6 inch with a 16-million-colors LCD screen, 8MP camera, dual-core 1GHz CPU and 1GB RAM with LED flash, dual SIM cards and the Android 4.0 OS.

Availability
The touch KEM 462 will be available in Vietnam from January 30. The retail price is VND 3,990,000. From this point, all new mobiistar phones will be shipped with Opera Mini. The browser can be found right in the favorites tray on the Android phone's home screen.
