One of the most popular smartphone brands in Vietnam, mobiistar, unveiled its flagship Android phone: touch KEM 462, featuring the Opera Mini mobile browser. This new smartphone is equipped with 4.6 inch with a 16-million-colors LCD screen, 8MP camera, dual-core 1GHz CPU and 1GB RAM with LED flash, dual SIM cards and the Android 4.0 OS.
