The operator "MegaFon" has announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of 2013 (unaudited) ended March 31, 2013. Key consolidated financial figures of the first quarter of 2013:

Revenues increased by 7.6% compared to the same period last year and reached 67 724 million rubles
Indicator of OIBDA (operating income before depreciation) increased by 26.8% compared to the 1st quarter of 2012 and amounted to 32,381 million rubles
OIBDA margin increased to 47.8% from 40.6% in Q1 2012
Net profit increased by 36.5% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 12,641 million rubles
CAPEX (capital expenditure) amounted to 4,086 million rubles
Free cash flow reached 22,869 million
Net debt at 31 March 2013 amounted to 100,761 million rubles
The number of active subscribers at 31 March 2013 was 64.8 2,000,000, an increase of 2.8% compared to the same period last year
