SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 7 EDGE HAS REPORTEDLY A DUAL LENS CAMERA

New report out of Taiwan says that Samsung will bring a Dual Lens Camera system to the Galaxy Note 7 aka Galaxy Note 6. The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is shaping up to be formidable contender to the iPhone 7. Last week we carried a report that Samsung is skipping the Note 6 to get the phablet in line with the Galaxy S series. This would reduce consumer confusion, making sure that the new Note is seen as the newest smartphone from Samsung. The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is rumored already to be a feature packed beast. Today another high-end feature is added to the list. The Galaxy Note 7 will feature a dual lens camera according to a report on Chinese Zhongguancun Online. Specifically the rumors say that the dual lens camera is only featured on the Galaxy Note 7 edge. Samsung can make their own dual lens camera module. Samsung Electron-Mechanics (Semco) is making camera modules. Semco has reportedly started to manufacture a dual lens camera module in March. The Samsung made dual lens camera promises wider angle and better zoom quality than the single lens modules. The new component features two camera modules with a wide-angle lens and another with a longer focal length according to Korean PulseNews. A dual lens camera is also rumored to be offered in at least one of the Apple iPhone 7 models. It makes obviously a lot of sense for Samsung to introduce a dual lens camera option on the new Galaxy Note 7. Huawei is already out with the P9, featuring a dual lens camera. Apple is very likely offering a dual lens, so Samsung has to offer the option too. The rumors about the new 2016 Samsung Galaxy Note 6 have been rampant in the past month painting the picture of a very powerful and bigger Galaxy Note device. Rumored features of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 include 6GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 823, 5.8-inch AMOLED screen (2560x1440), 64GB/128GB/256GB storage, Iris scanner, stylus and IP68 Water and Dust Resistance. Samsung is based on latest rumors to unveil the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on August 15. http://www.i4u.com/
