Samsung Galaxy On5 and LG Stylo 2 Plus headed for MetroPCS soon

An interesting product roster reshuffle is happening at MetroPCS, as T-Mobile’s prepaid subsidiary picks up a number of new low-cost Androids while also retiring a few old ones. The mid-range LG K10 and Samsung Galaxy J7 are already up for grabs through Metro’s e-store, after debuting at parent “Uncarrier” just a couple of weeks ago, and before long, the Coolpad Catalyst will hit both T-Mo and its daughter network too. After instant rebates, the K10 and J7 set you back a palatable $100 and $180 respectively, whereas the lower-end Catalyst is apparently due to cost $20, yes, $20 with an arguably crappy 854 x 480 pix res 5-inch screen, as well as 4G LTE connectivity, 5 and 2MP cameras, quad-core power, and Lollipop software goodies. If you can’t wait until July 11, or don’t want to do the prepaid dance, June 7 will see the Coolpad Catalyst roll out to T-Mobile stores at a postpaid price of $100.
