Samsung follows men's Olympic basketball journey in VR
Samsung and USA Basketball create a VR series set around the Olympics. It will available for the Gear VR headset.
Samsung and USA Basketball have created a new 360-degree video series that follows the men's national team in the lead-up to the Olympics.
"Chasing the Dream" will be available exclusively from the Samsung VR app or online at Samsungvr.com, and viewable through the Samsung Gear VR headset.
"We're thrilled to work with the NBA and USA Basketball to give fans an immersive, behind the scenes look at what it takes to be an athlete competing for Team USA in the Olympic Games," Marc Mathieu, Samsung Electronics America's chief marketing officer, said in a statement.
The series is the second part of the "Beyond the Frame" franchise, following a collaboration with Vice.
