How Merkle is championing #IamRemarkable for their employees globally

The #IamRemarkable initiative from Google, empowers women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments and improve their self-promotion skills.
After attending an #IamRemarkable workshop, Egle Mazonaite was inspired to bring #IamRemarkable to her Merkle colleagues. During International Women's Day 2019 Merkle employees ran over 40 workshops to more than 600 employees across the US. As a result, the company saw better performance, team cohesion and inclusion - so much so that they are now rolling the workshops out globally.
The #IamRemarkable initiative was founded by Anna Vainer in 2015. Anna is a Product Marketing Manager at Google, working from London on B2B growth marketing across EMEA.
The #IamRemarkable movement has reached over 50,000 participants across 62 countries as of July 2019.
