The thinnest Chinese mobile phone

Her is the thinnest Chinese phone as of now. It measures only 7.8 mm and is 0.9 mm thicker than the present record holder, Samsung's X828 which is 6.9 mm thick. In the 3rd pic there is comparison between the 2 phones (they look almost the same thickness...but then again it's hard to see a difference since it's millimeters). I like the Chinese one's styling more than the X828. Is it safe to say that this Chinese phone is the world's second thinnest phone?
