New Nokia phone shows up at the FCC

This popped up over at the FCC site today. I am guessing it's a candybar judging from the shape of the sticker label. The phone has is type: RM-179 and model: XXX. The phone also has WLAN built in. I am guessing that is an E-series phone...could it be the E51?
