Beeline opened a laboratory Mobio Lab
The operator Beeline announced the opening of Mobio Lab - a special laboratory for research and design products and services. In autumn 2007 the unit's marketing and sales company has established a new business unit - service design products whose primary purpose was the concern about the user at all stages of its interaction with the services of Beeline. This is how the analysis of custom fitness and competitiveness of products, designing user-friendly and simple interface services Beeline, and the desire to withdraw services to a qualitatively new level in terms of ease of development and utilization.
Over the past year, more than 35 products have been tested service design products in terms of usability (ease of use), many more have been streamlining and simplification. The next stage of development units had been opening their own laboratories. The main objective is to improve the laboratory usability of products, services Beeline, as well as to attract users to their real test at the inception phase, or just before release to the market, and in the process analysis and improvement of existing proposals.
In the laboratory reconstituted typical for a person in different situations of life situation. This allows specialists to conduct research in close to real, and, based on the results of the test, to create high-quality, easy to use product that meets all modern requirements. Users are invited to the laboratory at the session of special studies. In the experiments tested products and their prototypes, a moderator leads a dialogue with the tests, measurements of specific data analysis that helps assess whether a product is convenient and comfortable for the consumer. The laboratory allows for up to 7 sessions of research at the same time.
