New services BaykalVestKom in Irkutsk
The company Huawei Technologies has announced the introduction of new services, video-based platform infoX-Streaming on the networks of JSC «Baykalvestkom» in the Irkutsk region.
Review of mobile video services on the networks «Baykalvestkom» was the first for Huawei in Russia and the CIS. In 2005, the operator began to provide services to mobile Internet-based technology EDGE. This type of service quickly began to enjoy popular with customers operator, and since the launch in 2006, the network standard CDMA 2000 1x EV-DO there was a need to expand the range of services offered.
After reviewing the proposals of several leading suppliers of equipment for mobile video, «Baykalvestkom» chose on the platform infoX-Streaming Huawei, which has lots of features. Specialists of the Russian office of the manufacturer sponsored testing of the solutions to the networks «Baykalvestkom», which has resulted in a launch platform infoX-Streaming in commercial use.
Initially, the operator of services offered to subscribers of video-on-demand and mobile TV. Subscribers can use them, before whom there are terminals with support services transfer video / audio on demand (VOD / AOD) programs or live music, entertainment and sports broadcasts, news, cartoons. Thanks to high-capacity networks BVK subscribers receive high-quality video and the ability to transfer large amounts of data. Such advantages of mobile streaming services, such as flexibility, regardless of time and space, adaptability, making them attractive to subscribers. Therefore, JSC «Baykalvestkom» has decided to expand the range of services based on the platform infoX-Streaming, and run the system for remote video surveillance.

2.Nablyudenie for children in kindergarten;
3.Nablyudenie for the safety of apartments and properties;
