Tecom wins CHT network equipment contract, says paper
Taiwan-based telecom equipment maker Tecom has won an open bid to supply Chunghwa Telcom (CHT) with a batch of MSAN (multi-service access network) equipment, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
The contract is worth NT$325 million (US$9.82 million), which will include MSAN solutions from ECI Telecom of Israel as well as VDSL2 and POTS (plain old telephone service) equipment from Tecom, said the paper
