Mobile World Congress 2009: Acer goes on the market of smartphones
Company Acer sends invitations to the press conference to be held on 16 February, the first day of Mobile World Congress 2009. During the event the company promises to provide smart phones, but details have not yet been clarified.
While relatively new Acer can only speculate. Most likely, it will be a series of communicators based operating system Windows Mobile, because in the past year, Acer acquired E-TEN, is well known for its ruler communicators Glofiish.
Some observers do not exclude the possibility that, at the Mobile World Congress the company may announce its accession to the Alliance Open Handset Alliance, and later to release Android-smartphone.
