PlayStation localizing the game for Russia
The company Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) announced the other day about the intention focalize full game project for the PlayStation platforms in Russia. This decision was taken in order to provide greater attention to the Russian online market. In Russian heroes speak most anticipated projects of 2009: Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, InFamous, God of War III - all for the PLAYSTATION3, and MotorStorm: Arctic Edge and LittleBigPlanet for PSP (PlayStationPortable).
To date, the official localizer game projects for PlayStation studio is Snowball, is also negotiating with other Russian developers. Through such cooperation, the company SCEE will be able to provide all fans of PlayStation-quality adaptation projects in the Russian language.
As of today, in Russia, it was realized more than 170 thousand PS3. Total sales of portable consoles PSP reached 600 thousand. The number of PS2 consoles valued at more than a million pieces.
