New hard drives Imation go on sale
Company Imation reported that the new external hard drives Apollo Expert and Apollo Pro go on sale. Apollo Expert UX Compact size 2.5'', aimed at users of notebook PCs, has a storage capacity of 320 GB and 500 GB and the protective film to prevent it from scratches and attritions. Hard Drive Apollo Pro UX measuring 3.5''offers users the amount of up to 1 TB.
Both hard drive can be both horizontally and vertically using a built stand. In addition, for the convenience of a device equipped with LEDs, to report a lack of free disk space and data transfer, and have built the Power Saver mode. Apollo Expert UX, and Apollo Pro UX supports synchronization and data backup in the «One Touch» compatible with specialized software, including Apple Time Machine.
Due to the format plug-n-play, users can transfer data from all computers with a USB-interface 1.1 or 2.0. For increased reliability, both of hard drive controllers are equipped with Imation.
Recommended retail prices for the Apollo Expert UX, and Apollo Pro UX amount, depending on capacity, from 99 to 139 euro from 120 to 195 euros, respectively.
