COPENHAGEN, -- Nokia is among the world's leading suppliers of mobile phones to a market that's bursting at the seams.
A world dominated by subsidiaries, deals, deals and more deals, and with a base of customers getting more and more used to the buy and throw away attitude so often seen in smaller (cheaper) consumer goods markets.
How long have you had your current cellphone? I can tell you how long I normally have mine, and that's around a year. At the moment, I have two -- but that's a whole other story.
Well, now Nokia has decided that the handheld mobile market is no longer enough, so this week they announced that they're venturing into the mini laptop/netbook market.
We wonder if that is a smart move, even though the netbook market is seen as up and coming. The problem is that we're not really seeing any clothes on this particular Finnish body.
