Campus Management Names New Chief Technology Officer

BOCA RATON, Fla., -- Campus Management Corp. announced that James T. Lynn has joined Campus Management as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Lynn will direct the company's technology strategy and manage its software development organization.

Mr. Lynn joins Campus Management from PLATO Learning, Inc., where he served as Chief Technology Officer and oversaw the company's learning management and curriculum software development portfolio for K-12 and postsecondary education. At PLATO, he executed strategies that unified many disparate product platforms, enabling the company to introduce a full range of enterprise-class Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings.

Mr. Lynn brings with him more than 20 years of experience in systems engineering and software development, as well as leading large product development organizations including development centers located offshore, quality initiatives, and enterprise platform architecture and migration. His career has encompassed senior management roles at Pearson Digital Learning's Education Division, where he was VP of Technology, responsible for the creation and execution of a strategy to develop in a global development environment, including creating an offshore capability; and, Lockheed Martin, where he was a Systems Engineer focused on simulations of advanced technologies and capabilities.

Previously, Mr. Lynn was a senior engineer at Honeywell, where he produced two patented, security-related devices. Later, at Motorola, he was a Director of Engineering, creating systems and devices for government and military applications in the areas of communication. Mr. Lynn is an Air Force veteran, and following his military service, he earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of South Florida while teaching part-time at a community college.
