Nick Jones Crosses the Pond to Join Leo Burnett Group as Arc Worldwide's Newest Executive Vice President

CHICAGO, -- Nick Jones recently joined Arc Worldwide, Leo Burnett's marketing services arm, as its newest executive vice president, retail practice lead and account director. A senior integrated professional with more than 15 years experience creating, developing and leading retail and multi-disciplinary teams, Jones is a welcome addition to the Leo Burnett Group. Jones started at Arc Worldwide in September, and is already working toward enhancing Arc Worldwide's robust retail marketing practice, which partners with some of the world's top brands, including P&G, The Coca-Cola Company and McDonald's.

As part of Jones' charge to continue Arc Worldwide's innovation and thought leadership within its retail practice, he is overseeing the implementation of a consistent vision for the discipline and best practices in the retail space. In addition, Jones will take the lead on several key accounts, including Comcast, Miller-Coors and Coke.

"Nick brings with him vast experience growing retail practices and we are thrilled to have him on board," said Bill Rosen, president and chief creative officer, North America, Arc Worldwide. "His impressive work in London over the past three years, and throughout his entire career, is inspiring and a true demonstration of his dedication and work ethic."

Before joining Arc Worldwide, Jones led the London office of the IPG/DraftFCB agency, Rivet London. As managing director, Jones was charged with creating the agency from the ground-up, along with managing every aspect of the office, including positioning, name, branding, organizational structure, staffing, credentials, go-to-market plans, strategy and creative development processes. Jones personally hired all current employees, growing the office to a staff of 30 retail and shopper marketing experts. Previously, Jones was with DraftFCB as a group account director, where he led the global Nokia retail business responsible for retail marketing, promotions and customer relationship management for the "Nokia Nseries" of multimedia devices.

"Joining Arc Worldwide has been an amazing experience, and my time here so far has been fantastic," said Jones. "I look forward to taking on the challenges and the opportunities that come with being part of such a smart and creative place."

Jones is originally from the U.K. but calls the U.S. his home. He recently moved back to Chicago with his wife, Onna and his three children.
