Acer Tempo NeoTouch S200 BeTouch E100 - Qualcomm Snapdragon VS MSM7225

Snapdragon on S200 running at 1ghz, tested with TVUplayer its able to stream video at 720 resolution of ITV UK channel while MSM7225 on E100 & other HTC branded like TOUCH2 is unable to stream video at 400 resolution.
