Armin van Buuren releases DVD as iPhone app
Countless applications are already available, free or paid, but never has a full music DVD been available as app. The sold-out 'Armin Only' concert, at the Jaarbeurs venue in Utrecht, was one of the highlights of the number one DJ's career. After downloading the app, users can see the full live registration on their iPhone or iPod Touch.

The launch of this mobile 'dvd app' is a great first test-case to explore the possibilities of the iPhone Appstore. We'll ask the fans for feedback and may be releasing a lot more mobile apps. We're collaborating with IceMobile to make that possible."
The launch of this application offers lots of possibilities for the dance scene, in which new media has been a way of compensating decreasing album sales. The app will go on sale during the first week for a special price of € 4,99/ $ 5,99, after which it will be available for a regular price of € 5,99/ $ 7,99.
