MTS and Intracom Telecom announced a partnership to modernize the network of MTS
Operator MTS and Intracom Telecom, a subsidiary of Sitronics, announced a partnership to modernize the MTS network the third generation. Intracom Telecom will provide MTS radioplatformu OmniBAS Native Ethernet and radio relay system Intralink, and Tellabs equipment to upgrade 3G network for MTS Technologies Mobile Backhaul.
In the framework of Intracom Telecom will deliver to the MTS network in the Volga and Southern Russia radioplatformu OmniBAS Native Ethernet, which will become an important element in the way IP-network migration 3G MTS and a possible further upgrade to 4G/LTE.
