Cost per minute of outgoing calls to other mobile operators in the Khabarovsk Territory is 1.5 ruble. Cost of 1 MB of data during the day - 4 rubles, at night - 1,5 ruble. Tariffication of 4 RUR / MB performed in the interval from 8:00 to 0:00. From 0:00 to 8:00 is applied charging 1.5 euro / MB.
