Beeline launches SMS-notification to subscribers when roaming
Operator VimpelCom (Beeline brand) reported that the March 31, 2011 to all subscribers of Beeline prepaid and postpaid billing systems, in international roaming, information will be sent SMS-messages about a possible delay in debiting the following text:
(For subscribers of prepaid system)
You are roaming. Tariffication of outgoing calls can be delayed. Payments for services rendered can be made in the absence of the personal account;
(For subscribers of postpaid system)
You are roaming. Due to the delay in receiving information on roaming partners' services can be provided after exceeding a credit limit.
If the subscriber has to visit one country, the message is received once the registration in the network of international roaming partners. When visiting a new country the subscriber will receive a new message, but no more than four times per trip. If the subscriber does not wish to receive informational nature of international roaming, this SMS-alert can be disabled at the request of the subscriber. To do this, please contact the Customer Support Center at +7 495 9748888. Information on toll-free Customer Support Center subscribers receive a welcome SMS-message a beeline for registration in the network of international roaming partners.
