Bluetooth SIG developed the technology for use in Bluetooth v4.0 miniature medical devices

Organization Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), dedicated to the standardization and certification of Bluetooth devices and equipment, announced the creation of technology which, in her words, will stimulate the production of thermometers and gauges Bluetooth heart rate.

Recall that the organization has recently been approved profiles Health Thermometer Profile and Heart Rate Profile, which are based on standard Bluetooth v4.0, opening the door for wireless devices, diagnostic of a new generation, who must find their application in medicine and sports.
