HTC profit in May rose more than twice

As reported by Reuters news agency Taiwanese smartphone company HTC, that its sales in May 2011 reached a level of 40.62 billion Taiwan dollars. This is equivalent to 1.42 billion U.S. dollars and more than two times the figure for May last year, when total sales amounted to only 18.82 billion Taiwan dollars. Profit for April 2011 totaled 38.73 billion Taiwan dollars. No additional information in the message to the Taiwan Stock Exchange are not reported, however, the numbers speak for themselves.
