Nokia introduced its new touchscreen smartphone on MeeGo - Nokia N9

The Finnish company Nokia, which opened at the CommunicAsia exhibition in Singapore in 2011, unveiled its new "top" model of sensory smartofna - Nokia N9, running an operating system MeeGo1.2 Harmattan.



A distinctive feature of this new product is its design and the lack of any hardware and soft keys on the front side, which allowed the manufacturer to state that N9 is the world's first such device, which unlock the screen by double-tapping to it.

In addition, Nokia N9 is equipped with 8 megapixel camera with optics Carl Zeiss, support for HD video, fastest browser (Webkit 2), access to various social services, and services, and technology, NFC. Also, the company turns its attention to the fact that N9 has the support of technologies such as Dolby Headphone, Dolby Digital Plus, GPS navigation, and will be available (for free) with the navigation software Nokia Maps.



Specific dates and prices for Nokia N9 is not known, but the company promises that its new product goes on sale later this year.
