Vodafone Emporia RL1 for the elderly
Operator Vodafone in the UK presented a simple mobile phone Emporia RL1, focused on older users. With it you can just call and send SMS, use a calculator, calendar and alarm clock - the other functions of the model is not provided. The device only supports network GSM, 3G it does not. In terms of form factor is a candybar with a numeric keypad and small screen. Monochrome screen and is designed for technology OLED, and the keyboard is characterized by large buttons. Bought one of these for my mum because she's near sighted. the large text size and big buttons work brilliantly well. its also really simple to use.
ReplyDeleteOne thing, the screen isn't monochrome, its actually full colour once you get into the menu.
