Qualcomm has developed an application to test the performance of smartphones

Innovation Center, Qualcomm has developed a "Vellamo", a tool to test for assessing the performance of the Internet mobile. Available on Android Market app Vellamo, allows users to test the Android mobile device and select the model that has better performance. Vellamo provides a holistic view of browser performance by systematic measurement of each component, estimates of CPU and memory, speed of scrolling, JavaScript, HTML5, rendering speed and network access. The company has also issued a video in which Ci Chowdhury (Sy Choudhury), director of Product Management Qualcomm provides an overview of the application Vellamo, as well as various aspects of performance and browser settings for evaluating its performance.
