The case is then applied, as in jargon.

Later session
Because the proceedings on the merits, it can take months before a session, said an employee of the roladministratie of the Hague court.

Samsung's lawyer, Bas Berghuis Woortman of the international law firm Simmons & Simmons, wants nothing further about the case before his client lost explicit consent. Berghuis of Woortman specializes in intellectual property with a focus on patents and technology .

The spokesman of Samsung UK can not give details. "Such cases are settled internationally, we know nothing from there. We're just as curious as you," said a spokeswoman.

The dispute revolves likely to patents. Apple and Samsung are currently in a worldwide patent conflicted about smartphones, tablets and mobile technology. Back and forth between the companies to complain, but it's mostly Apple takes the lead.

Galaxy Tab Import Ban
Apple claims that Samsung is not only violating patents, but also the group that the design of various mobile devices unlawfully copied from Apple. These include the successful Android smartphone Galaxy Galaxy Tab S and the tablet, which were cloned from the iPhone and the iPhone.

So Apple has the import and sale of the tablet out to block in Australia, pending a lawsuit there. Samsung is therefore a special Australian version of the tablet ivoeren to circumvent the blockade. In the U.S. do different things between the two fighting cocks.

Samsung filed in April has three lawsuits against Apple homeland in South Korea, Japan and Germany. And now a new case in the Netherlands.
