Calls to toll numbers "Beeline" subscribers of STC have become cheaper

The operator "VimpelCom" reported a significant reduction in the cost of calls to subscribers of the "New Telephone Company" committed to the numbers of "Beeline" of the Russian Federation. The move is yet another result of previously initiated integration of both companies. In particular, from August 16 customers long-distance calls to mobile numbers of STC "Beeline" Russia will be billed at a discounted price - 4 rubles per minute. Previously, the cost of long distance calls could be up to 7 rubles. per minute. At the same time for STC subscribers continue to operate all the special offers that are running earlier. In particular, the special price for calls to the city of Khabarovsk, Moscow and Khabarovsk Krai mobile phones and the Moscow region. Previously, the "Beeline" announced a significant reduction of roaming tariffs for subscribers of STC, who will travel to Russia. In May 2011, VimpelCom announced a final agreement and signing of documents on the transaction, allowing to acquire 100% shares of the JSC "New Telephone Company". In June this year, the parties closed the first phase of the transaction - the acquisition of 90% stake in STC. The remaining 10% stake will be acquired under the mandatory offer to shareholders of society. Projected date of closing of the second phase of the transaction - 3rd quarter 2011
