The mobile operator "MegaFon" said his Central Branch started operation in technology, HSPA +, which allows to transmit packet data at speeds up to 21 Mbit / sec.

Currently, HSPA + technology is implemented at 50% of the base stations in Bryansk, Vladimir, Kaluga, Nizhny Novgorod, Orel, Ryazan, Tula regions. Base stations are located on the territory of Kursk region is planned to upgrade within the next two weeks.
