Facebook launches a standalone application for instant messaging on its network

Social network Facebook announced a separate client for instant messaging on its network under the platform Android - Facebook Messenger.

Besides being able to exchange messages within the network between individual users and small groups, Facebook Messenger lets you send emails.

This version provides the following capabilities for Facebook Messenger:

Writing messages to friends, their teams, as well as any other from any list of contacts - phone book, or Facebook.
Ability to determine your current location and display it on the map.
Notification on the terminal on the flow of messages.
The ability to share photos.
