With this SDK, You can easily add a canvas and set popup windows for the S Pen in your application.
Please note that the release is specialized for Galaxy Note with S Pen.

CanvasView : basic background for drawing
Pen Setting Popup : panel for adjusting width, opacity and line color
Eraser Setting Popup : Panel for adjusting width for eraser
