MTS-Ukraine offers packages of free incoming roaming minutes

The mobile operator "MTS Ukraine" announced the launch of contract subscribers and prepaid packages of free incoming minutes in roaming. The new packages, as claimed by the operator, provide up to 95% savings in roaming.

For subscribers of prepaid and contract forms the connection is running the service "free incoming" roaming, in which they can order packages of free incoming roaming minutes in two directions: "Europe and the CIS," or "the world."
