Xperia™ Function Tester

Description
This is a tool that is designed to enable improved troubleshooting when a consumer is interacting with Sony Mobile consumer contact points. Hence, it is a tool that is not primarily intended for standalone use by the consumer.
With this tool it is possible to test key functionality in most Xperia™ phones easily. However, the outcome of any testing is subjective and the tool should therefore primarily be used by following instructions from a contact centre agent, for example.
The result of using the tests in the tool is not proof of any malfunction in your Xperia™ device. That will be determined by authorised Sony Mobile personnel.
Please note: This tool will only be actively utilised during troubleshooting in selected markets.
