RED SAMSUNG GALAXY S III MINI LAUNCHING IN FEBRUARY
Samsung‘s Galaxy S III Mini can be bought only in white and/or blue at this very moment. But more color versions are going to be released soon: black, red, and grey. We’ve got our hands on a photo that shows the handset in red — garnet red, to be exact. The big Galaxy S III is already available in this color.
The red Galaxy S III Mini will be launched in Taiwan first, starting February. It looks like it’s going to cost 9,900 Taiwanese dollars, which is about 342 USD. Customers who buy the S III Mini before the end of March (31 / 3) will receive a free leather case for it.
We think the red S III Mini will be launched in lots of other markets around the world not long after February. The same should happen with the black and grey editions.
Announced by Samsung in October last year, the Galaxy S III Mini is made for those who can’t afford the original S III, and neither the Galaxy Premier (which has been launched just recently). It’s more than a decent device, running Android Jelly Bean, and featuring a 4 inch Super AMOLED WVGA screen, dual-core ST-Ericsson NovaThor U8420 processor, a VGA camera on the front, 5 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 8GB (or 16GB) of expandable storage space, 1GB of RAM, and a 1500 mAh battery.
