WP8-smartphone Huawei Ascend W1 officially presented
The company Huawei, as expected, presented at the Consumer Electronics Show in 2013 its first smartphone running the operating system Windows Phone 8 - Huawei Ascend W1. This mid-range model is based on dual-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8230 clocked at 1.2 GHz and GPU Adreno 305. The device has a 4-inch touchscreen IPS LCD-display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.
The device is equipped with a battery capacity of 1950 mAh battery, which provides up to 470 hours of standby time. According to the company, it is the highest for smartphones in its class. Among other characteristics of Huawei Ascend W1 - 512 MB RAM, 4 GB of internal memory, 5-megapixel camera, front VGA-camera, support for HSPA, Wi-Fi and NFC, as well as memory cards microSD. New products will be sold in blue, red, black and white, in January, it will be released in China and Russia, and later appeared in Europe, USA and the Middle East.
