it is still in BETA but it works fine with me, it is released for FREE for JB devices now.
if you have error installing App, just select delete after install option in the app settings and it will work..
To install it add this repo: http://repo.uhelios.com in cydia.
it has appsync as dependency if you already have it, its normal to get an error in the installation because it can't replace the installed version of appsync but thats normal and the zuesmos will still work..
