LARGEST ANIMATED MOBILE PHONE MOSAIC

The largest animated mobile phone mosaic consists of 196 smartphones and was achieved by Sony Mobile Communications (Japan), in Barcelona, Spain, on 28 February 2013.

Sony Xperia ZL smartphones were used for the mosaic. The phones were organised in a 14 by 14 grid measuring 1.90 m (6 ft 2 in) by 1.03 m (3 ft 4 in), giving an area of 1.95 m² (21 ft² 9 in²).
