Moscow veterans will be able to make free calls from home phones Victory Day

The operator MTS reported that 9 May 2013 veterans will be able to make free calls from your home phone to other cities and countries. In celebration of the 68th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the operator MTS will provide veterans the opportunity to make free calls to other cities and countries from their home phones in Moscow.
