Asus Memo Pad 7 HD to get quad-core, 720p display
Computex 2013 is set for next week and we’re looking forward to seeing new devices being announced there. The first leak we got hold of is the yet-to-be-announced Asus Memo Pad 7 HD, the improved version of the affordable 7-inch Android tablet from Asus.
We’re pretty sure it will be announced in Computex and we’ve got almost all the details already.
Asus MeMO Pad 7 HD specs:
7.0 inch IPS LCD display @ 1280×720 pixels, 210ppi
1.6GHz quad-core processor
1GB RAM
16GB internal storage
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n
Android Jellybean 4.2

We’re not sure if the 1.6GHz quad-core processor is from Mediatek though but it is likely if Asus wants this to be affordable.
It will come in more colors — black, white, blue, pink and yellow. The estimated retail price is EU149 or $169 for the US market. However, it might be a little higher for the PH market, somewhere between Php9k – Php10k.
