Samsung smart watch called 'Galaxy Gear'
That Samsung, like several other manufacturers, is busy developing a smart watch - pardon, smart watch - has been known for some time. Recently been surfaced even images from a patent application on. Up to now, seemed, on the basis of previous registrations tradename sense that the device could go as Samsung Gear through life. A recent registration of the word Galaxy Gear indicates, however, that the watch will be part of the famous Galaxy series.
The USPTO U.S. - the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office - A few days ago the brand Samsung Galaxy Gear down - or at least submitted the request for commitment. This is a more recent application than the previously surfaced name without the Galaxy designation. The new registration indicates therefore that the device (you) just neat place will occupy within the familiar, running on the Android operating system Galaxy product line.
The Galaxy Gear, product SM-V700, will probably be revealed on or about September 4 on the eve of the IFA fair in Berlin - at the same event where the long awaited Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will see the light of day.
