Smartphone Jolla Sailfish OS will be released before the end of the year

We have already mentioned in the news about the smartphone from the company Jolla Mobile, which was introduced in May of this year. The device is simply called Jolla, during the announcement released few details about its characteristics - the company revealed it now. The device is running an operating system Sailfish, which was established on the basis of Meego. The device manufacturer claims that the platform supports programs for the Sailfish OS Android.

Smartphone Jolla features a 4.5-inch display with a resolution of 540x960 pixels, dual-core Qualcomm processor with a clock speed of 1.4 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, microSD-slot battery capacity of 2100 mAh and two cameras with a resolution of 8 megapixel and 2 megapixel. The cost of the device is 399 euros, the deliveries Jolla-based smartphone operating system Sailfish expected at the end of this year.
