Tele2 Russia announced a change in the ownership structure of the operator
The mobile operator Tele2 announced the transfer of the holding company under Russian jurisdiction. Now all subsidiaries owned operator LLC "T2 Rus Holding".
Ltd. "T2 Rus Holding", belonging to the VTB Group now controls the regional entities Tele2 Russia. Previously, all operating companies owned by Tele2 Russia Holding AB (Sweden), passed under the control of the Russian VTB after the acquisition of the business in Sweden's Tele2 AB in March 2013.
As part of the changes the jurisdiction of the entire existing business Tele2 Russia retained in full, and the regional structure of the group has not changed.
