The first Motorola UIQ Z8 review

The first review I have seen of the Z8 done by Eldar over at mobile-review. The Z8 is the first UIQ phone that has a non touchscreen UI. What surprises me is that MOTO came out first with this before Sony Ericsson. Hopefully SE will also release something that will beat the pants out of this phone. This phone had a cool codename...Espoo. This is a city in Finland and is usually seen in Nokia's press releases. Eldar wasn't too thrilled by the phone. It has a mediocre camera and lacks radio. Here are the pluses her pointed out in the conclusion:

- One of the most vibrant and bright displays;
- Unique form-factor, fresh design;
- A number of improvements to UIQ 3.1 standard interface;
- Enhanced iTAP text input system

I personally am excited about the phone only because of the new touchscreenless UIQ OS (which looks awesome). I would love to try it out. I recommend checking out this extensive review.
