The mobile phone lighter

Check out this mobile phone lighter from China. If I remember correctly the phone model is Samsung's T100 (one of the first mobiles with a color screen). It comes in a few different colors. It even opens up and has a dolphin view inside and outside. You push the antenna to light it up. Is there anyone who would actually use one of these?
