Nokia 5700 XpressMusic clone
Well the Chinese have done it again. This time cloning the Nokia 5700 (guess for them the 5200/5300 is old already). This phone is made by CECT (what a surprise...) and is called CECT5700 (I wonder why...). Obviously the phone's design has been cloned. It is unclear whether the bottom part can actually rotate (it has number keys on one side and media keys on the other). Here are some specs:
- 2.6 inch 16 million QVGA color screen
- 2 mega pixel camera
- stereo speakers
- microSD support
- measures 109x52x17 mm
- weighs 82 grams
I wonder if the screen is really 6 million colors...I think they should've copied the black version of the 5700. Red/white is really ugly in this case. I also wonder why they didn't rip off the Nokia name (like they know how to do). What determines whether they rip off the name or not???
