iPhone with Chinese input

Well it looks like Apple didn't forget the millions of Chinese phone users out there. Apparently the iPhone has Chinese input capabilities. It does not look as simple as the English QWERTY input but then again when was Chinese input simple? Look out Asia...here comes the iPhone.
