A mobile phone running Windows XP UI

We have seen may phones claiming to have Windows XP on it but this one is the closest to it I have seen. While not actually running XP, the makers made a real effort to make it look like XP. On the main screen is the tool bar complete with time and start button. Selecting the start button opens up a start menu. Of course all the other built in apps have the Windows look (like the media player). This phone has 2 sim card slots, 2.4 inch QVGA touchscreen, 2 mega pixel camera and microSD support. The phone also comes with a high capacity 2600 mAh battery. Oh, the phone is called SED V200+.
